Pork Vindaloo
Ingredients:
1 kg Pork
16 kashmiri chillies
2 tablespoons mustard seeds
1''tureric
1 table spoon jeera
15 flakes garlic

1 onion

1 1/2'' bit ginger

4-5 green chillies
------------------

Method:
Roast underlined ingredients in a pan and grind with all the spices in good vinegar.
Wash pork and whipe dry, cut into medium size bits, and apply half massala and leave for about 2 hours in a cool place then fry 2 onions remaining massala add the pork, cook on slow fire, add little sugar, finally add curry path leaves.
